Corrected bug in aerosols diagnostics. This bug apeared when iflag_aerosols different to 6.

Added interface with chemestry model REPROBUS :

- Compile LMDZ together with Reprobus code (dependecies in both directions) and cpp key REPROBUS :

./makelmdz_fcm -ext_src my_path_to_reprobus -cpp REPROBUS ...

- For running, add type_trac=repr in run.def.

- Added reading of paramter type_trac from *.def file : type_trac=lmdz(default), inca or repr(soon). While running with INCA, 2 parameters are now necessare in .def : type_trac=inca and config_inca=aero/chem. If type_trac=lmdz or repr, config_inca will not be used.

- Removed print of ecrit_mth, ecrit_day etc in physiq.F. Removed the variable ecrit_hf2mth which is no longer used.

"YOEGWD.h" is now valid and equivalent for either free source form or
fixed source form.

Bug fix in "phys_output_mod.F90" and "phys_output_write.h": we were
potentially averaging undefined values of "plcl", "plfc" and
"wbeff". Added condition:
if (iflag_con /= 30)
for writing those variables.

Indented file "phys_output_mod.F90".

Bug correction on the initialiaation of surface pressure in "academic" and aqua/terra-planet cases.
